We have a Munchkin modulating boiler to run our hot water supply (for both domestic hot water and for the radiant floor). The boiler is kinda like an on-demand boiler, except that it monitors the temp of the water coming back into the unit from the radiant system and pumps in more hot water as needed to maintain the temp. You can manually adjust the flow to each loop to adjust the floor's temp
