How Do I Fix a Curling Vintage Map? — Good Questions

Q: We've had this great old school map from 1962 hanging near the front door of our apartment for the last three plus years. As you can see in the pictures, it's really started curling on the edges, probably due to moisture in the air. The map doesn't close all that well anymore, and when it does roll up it is not tightly, and the edges don't really have a chance to straighten out. Any advice on how to straighten it out? The solution should keep in mind that it can't be a permanent attachment of something straight, since we will want/need to roll it up when we move. More
