I woke up with a tremendous chest cold and am hacking my way through the morning plus my whole world is fuzzied up by medicine, so today’s Show and Will consist solely of the Visual Philosophy winner and then I am back to bed with tea and my second viewing of Downton Abbey. (If you are not watching this show, seriously you must.)

The winner was chosen via the very scientific fishbowl Catherineholm bowl method as illustrated below.  Twenty-four entrants names were written on a yellow pad.  Then cut in individual strips, put in the bowl, stirred and one winner pulled out.

Are you ready?  Quaking in your boots with anticipation?  Drumroll please…..

The winner is Tamara!  Tamara left her comment on the blog.  (Everyone who commented on Facebook and the blog was entered.)

I’m new here and already obsessed with your blog! So hard to choose just one, but my fave has to be the Stig Lindberg print!

Well, I am flattered.  I don’t think I’ve had an obsessed reader yet.  Awesome!

Mid century poster print, STIG LINDBERG vases, A3 print, (11 x 17 in), artists giclée print, reds

Congratulations to Tamara!  The good folks at Visual Philosophy will send out her print.  I hope she will share a photo of it hanging her home with us!

I will say the votes for the Catherineholm pieces were overwhelming and I will let Visual Philosophy know those designs could be a potential goldmine for them.

And if you didn’t win, please buy your favorite from the Visual Philosophy store.  At $29 each, it’s too good of a deal to pass up on some great mid-century artwork.

Happy Sunday!
