Installed around the city in the 90s, San Francisco's newspaper kiosks have mostly served as distribution storage for dailies. Some have a new purpose, having transformed into single museum displays. A World View of Puppets is the first exhibit organized by Community Arts International.  In other news, Getty Museum launches open source images, and Flickr cofounders try to kill work email.
