An incredible article about internet branding in The New York Times by Steve Lohr also points out that the office itself has been revolutionised by the interweb: 30 years ago everything was kept in big wooden filing cabinets and users wore rubber gloves to look through it all. But now it's all done on computers and 85% of the office's 390 examining attorneys work mainly from home. As Lynne G.
