Starting Saturday, eBay unrolls its plan to utilize vacant retail windows. 9-foot wide touch screens will go up in four empty New York City storefronts, turning the windows into digital shopping experiences. Displaying wares from Kate Spade Saturday line, shoppers can order items on the screen, have them delivered by courier within an hour, and pay by credit card via PayPal Here.  In other news, Zaha Hadid will build the Qatar World Cup stadium, and the Hirshhorn Museum cuts their bubble plans.
