March 06, 6:30 PM Chicago, Illinois Craig Dykers is co-founder and principal of Snøhetta, an integrated architecture, landscape, and interior design practice based in Oslo and New York. In recent years, the firm has won numerous international competitions for important American projects including an expansion of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the redesign of Times Square, and the National September 11 Memorial Museum Pavilion at the site of the World Trade Center. The firm’s many awards include the 2009 European Mies van der Rohe Prize and Global Award for Sustainable Architecture for their Norwegian National Opera in Oslo, and the 2004 Aga Khan Award for Architecture for the Library of Alexandria in Egypt.
