Lecture NASA Astronaut Speaks about Recent Hubble Repair Mission 57th Street and Lake Shore Drive Chicago , 60637 Dr. John Grunsfeld, a NASA astronaut and a Chicago native, will discuss and showcase images from his recent 13-day trip to the International Space Station for the final servicing mission for the Hubble Space Telescope. The mission included five grueling space walks to repair and upgrade the telescope, which extended the observatory’s capabilities into the next decade. Following the formal presentation, guests will be able to ask questions and also have the opportunity to meet Dr. Grunsfeld and get his autograph.
