Depending on where you live, it may be harder to attain the "American Dream." A new study shows that it is statistically more or less likely for a child born into the bottom fifth of income distribution to move up the income ladder depending on where they grew up. The Northeast, Great Plains, and West had the highest percentage of upward mobility, while the Southeast and industrial Midwest had the lowest.  In other news, North Carolina allocates an additional $200K to High Point Market, and check out structures made from trees.
