Swiss designer Nicolas Cortolezzis makes his small contribution with Greenhouse, a house-shaped planter inspired by the alpine chalets of his native country, where, the designer remarks, “the chalet symbolizes simplicity and harmony with nature, values that seem more important than ever.” Compact enough to fit on a windowsill and versatile enough to be hung, Cortolezzis’ powder-coated steel and glass design is closed on 3 sides, giving plants ample protection in colder temps, and plenty of perpetual light in any weather.144710.Likea-ps--greenhouse__0239498_PE379075_S4144715.L Images: IKEA
