Loving this indoor playground made out of cool-looking cardboard pieces–proving that kids don’t need a lot of fancy gadgets to keep them happy. More than that, this is a perfect example of using innovation to shape how kids play, and in turn, learn to be creative themselves. Created by the incredibly forward-thinking Alex Gilliam in conjunction with the National Building Museum, Cynthia Field, Cardboard Safari and Domaform.

Alex Gilliam works on projects that make us challenge the ideas of what we’re doing with the empty spaces in our cities and how we could be transforming them into places where anyone and everyone can play and learn and grow. You can read more about this project on Kaboom.
