What do America’s oldest Net Zero Energy residence, Michigan’s first Net Zero Energy house and America’s first Net Zero home rehabilitation in a historic district all have in common? Trick question! They’re all the same very inspiring house by a very inspiring couple dedicated to the idea of net zero existence.

Net zero in home terms is the idea of creating a home that is completely sustainable by itself.
