The Parisian design studio ATYPYK is doing its cheeky part to reduce the number of trees cut down each Christmas. Their Save a Tree Christmas tree manages to be a paper poster and digital image in one, with its pixel-based, deliberately blurred composition an artful, green answer to a real tree—albeit one that may play havoc with the nearsighted. Sold as a flat pack, the approximately 5 ft tall Save a Tree is being offered unadorned or decorated with merry red baubles.
