Whole World Water is a social/ecological campaign aimed at bringing attention to the dual issue of clean drinking water—something which remains inaccessible to millions—and the deadly consequences of plastic run amok. The campaign, which officially launches on March 22, World Water Day, has the pledge of participating hotel chains to replace plastic water bottles with reusable glass—specifically Yves Behar’s Whole World Water bottle, made from heavy-gauge glass, recycled/recyclable cap, and molded logo that renders paper labels moot. Now, which hotel would be silly enough to pass up a chance at displaying this beauty on its premises?
