Joe and I have recently completed two different concepts for some lots that are currently available in Virginia Highlands/Morningside area. The lots sit on Wessyngton Dr. and are perfectly suited for a modern sustainable concept...like the one we've come up with. Both are available and can be customized anyway the buyer wants!

WESSYNGTON I
This project sits on a fairly decent sized corner lot and is designed to take advantage of the lot orientation as well as provide multiple areas to gather and relax. The design, if looked at from overhead, is essentially to 'L-shaped forms' that interlock with each other much like yin and yang. The separation is maintained through the center of the house by having recessed glass walls on either side of the structure.

FEATURES:
• Large open floorplan.
4.0 kW solar PV system
Solar hot water
• Recliamed exteriror wood cladding
• Extremely energy-efficient
• Indoor / outdoor atrium
• Saltwater lap pool / spa
• 2-car garage
• Large master walk-in closet
• Lots of storage area
• Large 1st and 2nd floor decks
SCIC modern Italian kitchen
• Ceaserstone countertops throughout
• Induction cooktop
• Glass mosaic tile
• Sustainable solid bamboo flooring
• Steel construction
• Non-toxic termite/mold/allergen control
• Zero VOC paint and adhesives
• Professional low maintenance / zero water requirement landscaping
• One-of-a-kind home
