In 1966 Eliot Noyes and Bob Graf designed the iconic Mobil service stations that would come to define a sleek new modernism in America. This is Bob Graff’s own home, mid-century modern perfection restored and improved to energy efficient 21st century standards. The first thing that caught my attention, are those rosewood cabinets in the kitchen? Are those rosewood Moller 71’s? Someone has a love for rosewood just like me. The back side of the house facing the pool looks so stunning with a wall of glass and the calm water reflecting each other. The surrounding old growth only enhance the structure of the house.
