We like an arty gimmick, and L.A. backpack maker Harper Ave has one. Founded by architectural student Briana Anter, Harper Ave has a signature backpack design that’s meant to look fashionable with either casual or dressy attire.  “Simple, sleek, and always appropriate, we crafted a bag that will accompany you from day to night, studio to farmer’s market, desk to disco, airport to art show..” And christened with the name—and correspondingly appropriate color scheme—of an artist or architect.
