Located in Stockhom, Sweden, Claesson Koivisto Rune’s Nobis Hotel is a wonderful mashing together of lots of different styles, enviable furniture pieces and an honest array of ideas that could be taken and used in the home. Like in the lounge area that sports a wonderfully modern and whimsical mix of round hanging pendants — do we spot a David Trubridge Coral 400 light in that bunch?

A neutral space with two sexy pops of color remind that you can be hip and elegant all at the same time. And a close up of that gorgeous clump of circular, light-colored pendant lights.
That clump of cacti in simple terra cotta pots is kind of to die for.
Gah! Texture! Love it. We wonder if this is the sort of pattern you could recreate on an old piece of furniture using some tools. Don’t you think? More images of the Nobis Hotel on Claesson Koivisto Rune’s website.
What ideas in this hotel do you love and want to recreate in your own home?
