This vintage loft by architect Jean Ginsberg feels so alive with color and shape. “The sixteenth arrondissement is a concentrate of the Paris work of architect Jean Ginsberg . Builder of modern times under the influence of Mallet- Stevens, Le Corbusier and Lurcat – with whom he studied and practiced” The solid colored shapes provided by furniture art and rugs are literally a feast for the eyes. The building itself boasts some color blocking that provides visual interest while highlighting different parts of the architecture. The green yellow and red floor lamp is “sick” for the lack of a better word. The fireplace in the middle of the room includes a very nice angular hood.
