Argentinian designer Cristián Mohaded is responsible for this arty table lamp that’s part of a multi-designer furniture and lighting collection, created in collaboration with Paris’ Serge Bensimon Gallery. Straddling the line between functional object and art piece, the lamp’s sculptural shape is anchored by a black metal base and a corresponding round shade made from a disc of colored glass. The appealing choice of colors—deep green and juicy orange—is said to be inspired, in part, by Palm Springs and Rio. To which we can only ask: more of Palm Springs and Rio, please.
