vancoconutpecan_mini_800‘Artisan’ chocolates are so yesterday; it’s time to move on to ‘couture’ indulgences. Enter Seattle’s JCOCO chocolates, which, in addition to super smart recycled packaging in a range of vibrant monochromes, has adopted a fashion-centric hook as its visual identity.

Owner Jean Thompson has imbued her chocolates with the kind of global influence common to the fashion industry by sourcing chocolate from as far away as Vanuatu; and including exotic flavorsblack fig pistachio or edamame sea salt anyone?as well as on-trend credentials: natural, gluten free, non-GMO, Kosher.

If it all seems a bit much, here’s a worthy side note: every JCOCO product sold results in a single-meal donation via partnerships with food banks across the country.
