It’s good to be Aerin Lauder. The cosmetics company heiress, who launched her own fashion/home furnishings brand Aerin, last year, has an office space decorated by French interior designer Jacques Grange in which to keep herself duly inspired. The company’s 8-room, 2400 square feet—carpeted in sea grass and outfitted with a highly curated, imaginative mix of furnishings and A-list art—fittingly resembles the elegant home of a well-heeled New Yorker more than a place of business. Still, we suspect employees don’t need to be cajoled into staying late at these glamorous, decidedly anti-corporate offices.
