An amazing mid century stunner, rare for Utah and needs a buyer soon. Yes, A cookie cutter house builder is looking to rip this home out and plop their goods down. The inside of this house is simply killer, I love the fireplace structure and the openness and I could go on and on. The house sits on 2.2 acres surrounded by fantastic older growth, 3,650 sq. ft., 5 bed, 5 bath. Someone buy this place!
