No Lie, The Nixon Sofa is Cool!

The newest mid-century style sofa from Thrive Furniture is a fine-looking retro sofa design that looks like it was designed in the 1960s, but it wasn’t. Named after our 39th President, Richard Milhouse Nixon, the Nixon Sofa is one of the newest designs from Thrive Home Furnishings, a California-based company that is making a reputation for itself among lovers of classic mid-century design.

With is straightforward design, arms that flair slightly outward and Blonde walnut base with legs that have a distinctly retro angle, this cool and clean modern sofa look like something you might have sat on while watching Walter Cronkite deliver news of the moon landing. But the Nixon Sofa is actually brand new sofa cleverly designed with a mid-century style so authentic, you will swear your Uncle Henry had one just like it in his family room when you were a kid.

The Nixon Sofa comes in an array of retro style fabric and leather upholstery whose colors and textures perfectly capture the feeling of authentic furniture of that period.  It is a great way to capture that hip, mid-century retro look without buying some musty old sofa from some thrift shop or second-hand store (not that there is anything wrong with that).

Get a closer look at the Nixon Sofa, if you love retro furniture, you will absolutely adore it. I promise! Hey, would I lie to you? Check out the cool mid-century style sofas and more great furniture and lighting at Thrive Home Furnishings.
