Sheriar Foundation is a small archive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are replacing the floor covering in rooms that contain audio and video collections (conventional analog tape and also CDs, DVDs and digital files). Do you know if Home Legend laminate (carried by Home Depot) is safe for this purpose. According to http://www.greenguard.org it is Greenguard Gold and Gold Certified. Does this mean that it doesn't offgas. Of if it does, will that effect our collections. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
