Is it possible to include antique appliances in my kitchen renovation and still be green?

I love the look of antique appliances but am planning on being as environmentally friendly as possible during my kitchen reno. I am having a hard time finding budget friendly 'antique-looking' new appliances. Can restored antique appliances be energy star compliant? Any ideas?

Energy Star rates refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, water heaters and dish washers.
