Suite Plants has designed a number of innovative living wall products that add a touch of green to business and commercial spaces. These wall planter products can be customized in various ways to create green walls that bridge the gap between plants and artwork.
LivePicture is the perfect addition to any office, hotel or restaurant wall. This piece of living artwork is a great alternative to framed photos or paintings and it is an ideal way to add plants where floor space is limited.
One of the main benefits of LivePicture is the simplicity – it does not require pumps, electricity, timers or plumbing – issues that often make traditional green walls unattractive and expensive. LivePicture is very easy to install and maintain since it can hang on any type of wall and needs water only once per month.
LivePicture is available in two sizes, each affectionately named after one of the Dutch Master painters. The VanGrow model is square shaped (28.5″x28.5″), holds nine 4″ plants and retails for $949. The RemPlant model is rectangular shaped (44.3″x28.5″), holds eighteen 4″ plants and retails for $1,149. The plants are surrounded by a powder coated steel frame available in silver, white and charcoal colors. LivePicture can be further customized by adding a logo or graphic wrap to the frame, which is ideal for tying corporate brands into the green image.
Speaking about the LivePicture, co-founder of Suite Plants, Eric Westerduin said, “Our product adds a new aesthetic dimension, creates a welcoming environment for visitors, guests, and employees, and makes a dramatic green statement.”
The company has a plant selection guide on their website to help clients pick the right plants (low, medium, and direct light) for their location. For those who don’t want to plant or maintain their own LivePicture, Suite Plants has a nationwide network of plantscaper partners who offer a variety of plant installation and service options.
Later this year, Suite Plants will be introducing a larger scale living wall system and a freestanding living wall product.
