How can I connect my heat pumps to a solar water heater for radiant floor heating?

I have 2 air to air heat pumps that i use to heat and cool my home. i also have a solar thermosyphon water heater. i want to use my heat pumps and the solar to heat water so i can use for radiant floor heating in the winter and not use the air handler. is it possible and how can i connect them?
