What green certified material exists to use in place of exterior plywood for walls and floor of a kitchen trailer?

the trailer has a steel frame and will have an aluminum exterior, interior walls, ceiling and floor. I had hoped to use purebond ply but company reps advise against it as it is not exterior rated. Ext ply with phenyl formaldehyde is not clean enough for me as I have environmental sensitivity.
