San Francisco – May 24, 2011 – There is a new revolution happening, this time it’s Clean Tech. In the future Clean Tech will be a part of every aspect of our lives – from the built environment to energy and transportation. Join the Green Chamber of Commerce and SVTAGS.org for a panel discussion and networking event, The Future of Clean Tech. The event will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 6:00-8:30 pm at the TechShop, 120 Independence Drive in Menlo Park, CA.
Speakers at the event will include: Mark Mitchell, Senior VP and General Manager, Serious Energy; Olivier Jerphagnon, Founder, The Green Frog from Silicon Valley; and Alper Ertas, Attorney, Novak Druce. The panel will be moderated by Heather Durham Executive Producer and Host of SVTAGS, (Silicon Valley Technology, Art, Green and Sustainability) television show and creator of the informative (or “Educational”) Website SVTAGS.org. The panelists will lead a discussion about their work in the clean tech industry, the opportunities and also the challenges facing the clean tech industry today, and what the future of the industry looks like.
The event is sponsored by Novak Druce law firm. Organic light fare will be provided for guests by WholeFoods along with refreshments by Frey Vineyards. Tickets are: $10 for Green Chamber members, $15 for non-members if they pre-register, $15-$20 at the door (non-registered), $5 for students.
