Is there any way to insulate basement walls without tearing the drywall down?

Our home has a finished basement, but the walls are not insulated. Basement is heated (forced hot air) and has drop ceilings and dry wall.

While one could drill holes in each bay and dense pack those areas with cellulose or fiberglass - that would generally not be a good idea.
