Energy efficient homes and businesses require adequate windows, doors, sealants and adhesives. Most sealants require high pressure release above 1000 pounds per square inch (psi) which increases their carbon dioxide emissions.

All of Fomo’s products are low pressure products that are dispensed below 250psi. Although better than the alternative products available, they do still require a safety program for proper use to avoid inhalation and skin contact.

Fomo sells a line of products manufactured by Handi Foam which include a green line called Eco Foam. Their products are made with more than 10 percent renewable resources and a reduction of carbon dioxide. They are designed to fill and seal small cracks to stop air filtration and for the blockage of allergens and pollutants in buildings of all types.

Other products that are offered are products such as Handi Foam’s Quick Cure and E-84 Class I Spray foams that create a continuous air barrier which help improve indoor air quality. The application of these protective sealants lowers heating and cooling costs and reduces energy consumption.

The University of Fomo is a member of the FLM Group of Companies which is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of low pressure one and two component foam sealants, adhesives and spray foam in pressurized, disposable and refillable packaging.
