1950s less then 800 sgft house in Evansville Indiana. It has a huge a/c and heating unit in the backyard, the duct work is in the floor. The a/c heating unit is Goodman GPG13240701BB 69KBTU. We moved in Sept13 had heating bills 200 dollars during the winter, Not sure what the summers will be like.

It may be worth doing IF the house is properly insulated and sealed. Installing any high performance heating and cooling system in a bad building will not reduce your energy...
