Dutch architect Haiko Cornelissen's picNYC table brings new meaning to the expression "farm to table." With its grass covered top and stabilizing flat stones, the outdoors are literally brought inside creating a tangible reminder of where our food comes from (or rather hopefully comes from). Depending on how well it is cared for, it can be either a lush green landscape in your dining room or a dry and decrepit mess. From watering to trimming, tending for this living table top is completely up to the owner.
