Would it be beneficial/adviseable to have insulation installed, such as sprayed in foam, in a crawl space? (open cell or closed cell?) Any

-home built in 1975 in Juneau, Alaska (1492 sf) -electric baseboard heating throughout the house -1 backup oil burning heater -I would also like to "firm up" the wood flooring and understand foaming has this residual benefit. -We intend to stay in this home.
