Living in a town or city is fun for a while, but sometimes we all just need a bit of peace and quiet. After years of breathing in dangerous fumes and dealing with busy commuters, it’s nice to be able to find somewhere a little more relaxing, which is why selling your home and moving closer to nature could be the perfect solution this year. At the end of the day, people who do this tend to be much happier throughout the course of their life, and so it’s definitely something you should seriously consider.

With that in mind, this article has been commissioned in the hope of swaying your opinion. If you give me your full attention for a few moments, I’ll talk you through some of the main reasons why selling up and finding somewhere nice in the countryside could be the solution to all your problems. So, if you’re still not convinced and you want to know more about the benefits of doing something like this, spend the next few moments reading through the titled paragraphs below. Once this is done, I’m sure we’ll be on the same page.

There’s Less Pollution

Living in a modern town or city means you’re constantly being bombarded by dangerous exhaust fumes that could have a significant impact on the quality of your health. On top of this, you’ve got factories pumping out smoke and chemicals, landfill sites creating a real stink and more frequently these days, incinerators releasing harsh burning rubbish particles into the atmosphere.  You can avoid all this by simply finding somewhere quiet to live in the countryside.

You Can Truly Go Green

If you were to purchase some suitable land from a company like brook at byford and opt to build your own home, you’d be able to make it to your own specifications and thus live in the greenest way possible. There would be nothing stopping you from installing solar panels on the roof, using triple glazed windows and even planting lots of different vegetables in your garden. This would allow you to be at one with nature, which is obviously something people who read this blog are interested in.

There’s Less Noise To Distract You

People who work from home would seriously benefit from selling their home and moving closer to nature because it would allow them to increase productivity. As a writer, I know all too well how difficult it can be do perform my job when there’s lots of noise, yet this is something I have to face on a daily basis due to living in a built up area.

You’ll Live Longer

I’m sure you’ve all seen the statistics, right? Well, just in case you haven’t, experts have worked out that men who live in the countryside have a life expectancy of around 78 years – that’s two years older than people who live in towns and cities. This is thought to be because of the cleaner air and the fact that people living in the sticks tend to get more exercise.

So there you have it guys, now you know exactly why you should sell your home and move closer to nature this year. You all say you want to go green; we’ll here’s the best opportunity you’re ever going to get.

Good luck!
