What is the least expensive way to provide quicker hot water at two bathroom faucets. I do NOT have a plug near my hot water heater.

Went shopping at Home Depot & it seems the only way to achieve quicker hot water at my bathroom faucets, without replacing my hot water heater with a tankless one is to purchase something that recirculates the water, but it has to plug in near my water heater and I don't have a plug to do that. Is there any other inexpensive solution?
