I keep seeing these guys every week at the Brooklyn Flea, and though I've yet to actually buy one of these DIY brew-making kits, it's definitely on my list. After all, if I'm brewing kombucha at home, why not try some beer as well? 1 and 5 gallon kits available, with your choice of one of 9 different mixes. I think the Grapefruit Honey Ale and the Well Made Tripel sound especially tasty.
