After about two weeks curing, Blue painters tape was installed on hardwood to hold down cardboard and when it was removed, it left marks on the finish, actually pulling up and damaging the finish. Can you or anyone else in your organization help me? Here are my questions: Is there anything short of total refinishing be done to correct? Is using tape to hold down floor protector material a problem, this is a new experience for me? What are the NWFA guidelines for use of tape and holding down floor protection materials? Thank you for your help

When you notice this issue - use a blow dryer to help warm up the glue on the tape, that will allow for you to pull it all up easier...
