Where is the dust in our house (pink/grey fiber-like particles) coming from, and what is the most allergy friendly insulation for attic?

We have severe respiratory issues, allergies and asthma. We built a new house 4 years ago, but for some years are noticing an increasing amount of pink/grey dust daily. It is v bad on windy days. We have to mop the whole house (wood floors) daily to get some relief. Immediately, it gets dusty again. The house has aluminum flexible duct work and PVC pipes. We recently got someone to look at the insulation. They said the attic was not sealed properly, and the fiberglass batts were acting as filters for dust from the streets due to air pressure changes, owen corning loose fill insulation is flying in the attic causing insulation to circulate in the rooms. They said attic must be vacuumed out, remove fiberglass fill, properly reseal, then one-step cellulose sprayed in or denim. They said no Air Krete in attic. Job will be extremely dusty. What kind of insulation is best with our health issues? Any other reasons for this pink/grey tiny fiber-like particles circulating indoors? Pls help

While I have to say air-sealing is a necessity it is probably not the cause of this especially as the air flow typically for you is not coming in from...
