I am now having trouble seeing the threads in side a forum section in chronological order...  I see when I click on a section it defaults to sorting by name but when I change sort order to it changes the order but it makes not sense, for example it will go from a day to dec to nov, back to dec back to a day, essentially a random order...  Once I click inside a specific thread then the order makes sense but it just in the thread dates that have no order.

is there any way to change this or it an issue that is being worked on...

Glad to hear that the site is much faster for you. It's always good to get positive feedback .

The forum sorting by date is a problem that has been reported to the software developers.  We will probably try to tackle a solution ourselves as soon as we resolve other site performance issues. But we do know about it and it is actually the first priority for fixing in Ploneboard.
