I think the agent should take another photo of the property now, in the spring, as the trees have leafed out (and leaving the car out of the photo would be helpful as well). If we have a sunny afternoon soon, I can take one. If you want to see what the exterior of the house looked like in 1968, go to: www.trurohomes.org/html/skyview.html I was able to visit the property. It is an opportunity for somebody to remake the finishes of the house in his/her own contemporary vision. Specifically, if I were to buy it, I would change the flooring, the window coverings and the cabinetry, at a minimum, to make it look like something out of Dwell. At some point in the last 38 years, somebody removed the the 1968 contemporary cabinets (from the kitchen and bathrooms) and installed a more traditional look. The yard needs some landscaping as well. This house doesn't have a garage, as other pods do. The nice things about the house are the interesting architectural features. The top point of the roof is a skylight, and underneath is a wood panelled ceiling that follows the shape of the roof. A deck wraps around the house, and what appears to be a little grill is built into the brickwork of the house. It is an interesting house.

Not only was there only ONE picture, but half of it was covered by a car and the other half was too dark to actually make out.

Photoshop can help that.
