Modern Interior Design in DC?

Seems like an oxymoron here in the land of colonialist traditionalism...

I'm looking for an interior designer/decorator that can help me finish off my space. I've worked with a couple of firms already, but at 175 an hour and 100K perceived budgets I should be spending it was a little over-the-top!

I'm seeking someone that can do the modern-urban-hip look on a reasonable basis.
