I recently saw that a mid-century home I check out occasionally appeared to be vacant. Then, a Coldwell Baker sign popped up.
Here's a link to info and photos:

If that doesn't work, try a search of the C-B site for the property, located at 104 Cranberry Road, Westminster, Maryland, and is listed for $399K. From the write up, the house was designed by a Baltimore architect, Lucius R. White (anyone know ahything about this guy?), and built in 1955. It looks to me to be a one-owner home.
From what I could tell by walking around the property and peeking in thew windows, the house is essentially unmodified. I think the original owners have moved on. The property is located on a rise overlooking Westminster and the view must have been fabulous when built. Progress means that it now overlooks the Westminster Mall, but still a nice high location with long vista. The house does seem to need some landscaping work (loose patio tiles, trimming of plantscape, etc., as would be normal for this vintage home.
I've been passing by this house regualry for the last 7 years and have always been intrigued by what appeared to be mid-century architecture, which is not prevalent in this area.
I hope someone with an appreciation of the house buys it.
Take care,
Matt
