Sellers have dropped the price another $20,000 on this 5 bed/3 bath Charles Goodman in Rock Creek Woods in Silver Spring. I will be holding an open house this Sunday (Oct. 10) from 12 to 3 pm. It is the only Goodman on the market in Montgomery County right now. Let me know if you have any questions.
