Hello everyone, my name is Steve.  I recently started my own real estate development company.  I have been very interested in modular and prefab construction for for the past two years. It is the primary reason i have gone out on my own.  I am very interested in building multi-family and single family townhomes in Washington DC utilizing modular construction.  I am currently looking for architects with experience with modular and/or prefab housing.  I would also be interested in speaking with anyone who lives in the dc area about modular and prefab housing.  I live in the dupont area and would be willing to meet anywhere in the area.
