Need Modern Home for Product Photo Shoot!

I am a designer of high-end childrens' clothing and am looking for a modern home where we can hold a photo shoot for the Spring line. Near the Hampton Roads area if possible. The family would not need to be shown and the home address would not be revealed either. We are on a tight budget, but have a fantastic photographer and would be happy to trade prints of the home in exchange for a few hours to shoot. Thanks for any ideas!
