Virginia is such a beautiful state and I wish we could do more to educate people on Smart Growth.  I spoke to the Henrico board of supervisors two weeks ago and half the zoning applications were to change zones from Agricultural to Mixed Use.  Why can't we continue to revitalize Richmond and Petersburg instead of flattening Varina? : ( 

I am starting to look for unappreciated urban lots so that when people are interested in my house kits I can direct them to revitalize existing areas...
