Hoping to talk with prefab experienced people

Newbie here, hoping to talk to people who have gone through the prefab experience here on the west coast. We are considering the Breeze house. I also like the Res4 designs a lot. Does anyone know of those houses being delivered and built here on the West Coast? We are shopping for a lot on Bowen Island.
