Drop Down Renovation Cost

Posted by Pepper Evans at October 06. 2009

hello! I just moved to my newly purchased condo in Langley. The house is small, very simple and sold at a very price that is why when I found out it'll require renovations in Vancouver, I wasn't surprised anymore. Good thing my cousins who also live in the area are regular clients of a construction firm nearby. Instead of spending roughly $30K-$50K on a renovation project, I only shelled out $15,500.
